Keys:

• Always pressure up from inside out
• Skate to post then pressure up
• Stick always on ice, in passing lane

Reads:

•  Read the players on backhand and pressure up

Rules:

• Play Man-You-Goal
• Pressure up on loose pucks
• Once we start pressure, do not stop until we get puck

• Skate to post first, then pressure up
• Always take away angle to net from puck carrier
