Elements of a Great Passing Team:
Players with their stick on the ice have a better chance to both pass and receive a pass. If both players are talking; it increase the chances of making a good pass. When players make eye contact; the odds of making a successful pass increase dramatically. When your're moving your legs; you can received a good pass or chase down a bad pass.
